Responsibilities:

• Work with and support our customers, do demos, travel with our Sales people
• Provide technical support service and maintain NDS Conditional Access, StreamServer and other head end broadcast systems and products to a high standard

Job Title:

Key Account Manager (based in Beijing)

Role & Responsibilities:

Responsible for Account Management, and Sales and Revenue activities within those accounts for China. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Contractual: Managing the agreement.
• Financial: Ensure invoices are raised and paid in a timely manner. Provide monthly revenue forecasts for NDS management.
• Relationship Management: Ensure regular contact with the customer to promote and maintain a healthy and friendly co-operative relationship across all customer departments – technical, operational, financial, strategic and management.
• Business Development: Sell new products into the customer by ensuring the customer is aware of new products and developments within NDS at all levels through regular meetings and presentations, etc.
• Govt/Corporate Development: Manage relationship and expectation with certain government departments and ministers to promote and ensure NDS objectives are related and achieved.

Requirements:

• Should have at least a Science/Engineering Bachelor Degree or experience in the digital broadcasting system or technologies.
• At least 5-10 years experience of account management, consulting or customer relationship preferably in prestigious international and multinational accounts.
• Previous experience in digital broadcasting systems and good understanding of relevant technologies.
• Proven experience and successful track record in establishing and expanding strong business relationships. Tenacious business negotiation and motivational skills with clients and partners.
• Experience in managing international customers and partners, with the ability to work semi-autonomously, handling major complex sales situations.
